These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Meridian(the "Service"), operated by Baursak Software LP ("we", "us"). By accessing the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nature of the service

Meridian aggregates publicly available cybersecurity news from third-party sources and presents summaries and translations into English. Translations and summaries are produced with automated tools and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or security advice. Always consult the original source and qualified professionals before acting on any information.

Intellectual property

Original articles remain the property of their respective publishers. Our translations, summaries, categorization, and site design are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the Service without permission. Links to original sources are provided where applicable.

Status of paid services. The free news feed requires no payment. The paid weekly digest is available at "/subscribe" and is a recurring subscription at the price stated on that page. Payment is completed on a separate checkout domain operated by our payment processor (Stripe and/or Solidgate); your card or wallet details are handled there and are not transmitted to, or stored on, Meridian. For paid subscriptions, you may cancel at any time through the payment processor. The full payment and cancellation terms are stated at the time of purchase on the checkout page.
